Glamping Tent Rental Details

A one-night non-refundable deposit is required on all reservations.	A max of 2 pets are allowed in Glamping Tents, for an additional nightly fee. No pets on supplied mattresses. Pets must be leashed at all times (electronic leashes are not permitted)and droppings must be cleaned and disposed of appropriately. Pets are not permitted in public areas and recreational areas.	Extra occupants, vehicles, boat/ATV/utility trailers are subject to an additional nightly fee.  Additional tents are not permitted with glamping tent rentals.	Taxes are not included in rate pricing, nightly rate.   Minimum 2 night stay.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out is 11:00 am.   No early check-ins or late check-outs.	All Glamping Tent rentals are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism tax levy.	A one-night non-refundable deposit is required on all reservations.	Glamping Tents available only from May 15 - Oct 14

GLAMPING TENT RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:

• A one-night non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation.
• A minimum two-night stay is required for all cabin reservations.
• Changes must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival.
• Final payment is due 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Deposits are permanently attached to the reservation and can be transferred to new dates more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded less the one-night non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
• A $25 administration fee applies to reservation changes.
• Administration fees may apply.
• All cancellation timelines are calculated from the scheduled arrival date, not the date the cancellation request is received.
• VALID Government-issued IDENTIFICATION (ID) is required at check-in and MUST match the name on the reservation.
• No refunds are issued for early departures.
• Refunds issued on cancellations will not include the $12 standard booking fee, previous administrative fees charged to the reservation for changes/modifications or any site-specific cancellation fees.
• Extensions are subject to availability.
• Reservations may be transferred to another guest’s name (e.g., family or friends).
• Deposits cannot be transferred to new dates.
• WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ANY EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS. 
• We reserve the right to charge a penalty fee for reservations failing to vacate their site at the required time.
• Wilderness Village Resort reserves the right to refuse service and/or entry to the resort.
